At 21 years old, Fidel is a young Mexican footballer with experience in league, national teams, international competitions, and has a promising future.
Since making his debut in 2017, Ambriz has played 110 professional matches, including 92 in Liga BBVA MX, 11 in the CONCACAF Champions Cup, 6 in the Leagues Cup, and one in the FIFA Club World Cup Saudi Arabia 2023.
The young Mexican player has scored 14 goals in his professional career and has captained multiple teams he has played for. He has also won several titles, including the Liga BBVA MX championship in Apertura 2021, the CONCACAF Champions Cup in 2023, and the Leagues Cup in 2021 with León.
Thanks to his strong performances and footballing skills, Fidel has been called up to represent Mexico at the U-19, U-20, U-23, and senior national team levels. He won gold medals in the Revelations Cup in 2021 and 2022, as well as with the U-23 squad in the Central American and Caribbean Games San Salvador 2023, and secured a bronze medal in the Pan American Games Viña del Mar 2023.
