From 2011 to 2013, she was academic coordinator of the Mexican Soccer Federation. In 2015, she joined Pachuca as Human Development Coordinator.
At the end of 2016, she became coach of Tuzos Femenil and won the title of the first professional women's soccer tournament in Mexico: the Copa MX Femenil 2017.
CONCACAF awarded her the recognition of Coach of the Year in 2017.
In the Apertura 2021, she joined Rayadas and in that same tournament, she won the championship.
She won the Golden Ball as Best Coach of the Liga MX Femenil for the 2021-2022 season.
