Rayadas of Monterrey defeated Club Santos Laguna 3-1 in the 13th matchday of the Clausura 2025 Tournament played at the TSM Stadium.

The team from Monterrey came out in front from the opening minutes and Merel van Dongen scored from a set piece. In the second half, Christina Burkenroad scored a brace.

On a free kick, several Monterrey players screened without kicking the ball until Merel van Dongen connected with a rifled shot to put the ball just inside the post.

At minute 30, Ana Lucia Martinez sent a lateral pass. Diana Garcia failed to connect and Diana Evangelista fired a shot that hit the goalkeeper.

During stoppage time, Christina Burkenroad sent in a back pass for Diana Evangelista, who sent the ball into the net, but just wide of the goal.

In the second half, Rayadas pushed forward and managed to extend the score.
