Four Rayados in the Mexican National Team!

The Mexican National Team announced this Thursday the addition of Jordi Cortizo to the preliminary list of selected players that will participate this summer in preparation matches for the Copa America 2024.

With Jordi's call-up, there are now four Monterrey players who will be part of the Tricolor.

On Friday, May 10, Jaime Lozano, the national team's technical director, had also called up Monterrey players Victor Guzman, Gerardo Arteaga and Luis Romo.

The Mexican National Team will play three friendly preparation matches in the United States, in which Monterrey players will be able to participate and will try to earn a place in the final roster that will go to the Copa America 2024 to be held from June 21 to July 15 in the United States.

These are the preparation matches that the Mexican National Team will have:

Friday, May 31 | 18:00 hours | Mexico vs. Bolivia | Soldier Field (Chicago, Illinois)

Wednesday, June 5, 19:00 p.m., Mexico vs. Uruguay, Empower Field at Mile High (Denver, Colorado).

Saturday, June 8 | 18:30 hours | Mexico vs. Brazil | Kyle Field (College Station, Texas)

After these matches, Jaime Lozano will announce the final list of the 23 players who will play in the Copa America 2024 with the Mexican National Team.
