10 de May de 2024. 5:49 pm.

This Friday, May 10, at 7:00 p.m., Rayadas of Monterrey will visit Pumas of UNAM in the first leg of the Quarter-Finals of the Clausura 2024 Tournament.

The team from Monterrey will be looking to take the first step towards the Semifinal and the fight for the Liga BBVA MX championship.

Monterrey has faced the university team in three Quarterfinals (Clausura 2019, Guardians 2020, Guardians 2021) and in all of them they have managed to advance to the Semifinal.

Should Pumas advance from the series, they will become, along with Tijuana Femenil, the team that the albiazul team has beaten the most times in the Final Phase, with four wins.

The albiazules have played 26 Playoffs series, of which they have won 16, and will be looking to continue adding achievements in the Liga BBVA MX Femenil.

Against Pumas, Rayadas has an advantage of 12 wins, 4 draws and just 1 loss. In addition, they have gone 8 games without defeat against the felines, with 6 wins and 2 draws.

Rebeca Bernal is the non-offensive player with the most goals in the history of the Liga BBVA MX Femenil Final Phase, with 12 goals.

The albiazul captain is Monterrey's fourth top scorer, behind only Desiree Monsivais (122), Diana Evangelista (63) and Daniela Solis (59).

The regio team will be looking for a win to gain an advantage in Monday's second leg at Estadio BBVA and secure their place in the competition's Semifinals at home.
