This Thursday, February 15, at 9:15 p.m., Rayados de Monterrey will host Comunicaciones FC of Guatemala at Estadio BBVA for the second leg of the First Round of the CONCACAF Champions Cup.

In the first leg, played at the Estadio Doroteo Guamuch in the Guatemalan capital, the albiazules defeated the Central Americans 4-1, with goals from Germán Berterame, Jesús Gallardo, Alfonso González and Rodrigo Aguirre.

The team coached by Fernando Ortiz is looking for a place in the Round of 16 of the international competition and the support of the Albiazul fans will be fundamental at the Casa Rayada.

Monterrey will qualify for the next round if it wins or draws by any score, or loses by less than 3 goals.

Monterrey wants to repeat what they did in 2011, when they defeated Comunicaciones 3-1 at the old Estadio Tecnologico and, in the end, won the title of the then CONCACAF Champions League.
