Rayadas defeated Xolos Femenil 2-1 in the first leg of the Quarterfinals of the Apertura 2023 Tournament played at the Estadio Caliente. 

The match began intensely with both teams attacking and searching for the opponent's goal. However, Christina Burkenroad gave Rayadas the lead and Nicole Pérez sealed the win with an Olympic goal.

At minute 16, Mónica Alvarado connected a corner kick with a header that hit the crossbar of Pamela Tajonar's goal.

Jermaine Seoposenwe sent in a low cross from the right flank and Christina Burkenroad pushed the ball in with her left foot to open the scoring.

Three minutes later, Daphne Herrera hit the crossbar of Tajonar’s goal. 

During the second half, Eva Espejo's team looked to extend the lead and succeeded with a goal by Nicole Pérez.

Nicole Pérez took a corner kick with a powerful, well-placed shot and scored an Olympic goal to increase the lead. Great goal!

Nicole's goal is the 20th Olympic goal scored in Liga BBVA MX Femenil.

Mariana Mungia entered the box on the right flank. Valeria del Campo swept in and almost took the ball away from her. However, Mungia managed to set up Daniela Espinosa, who sent a "pass into the net" for the goal.

With this result, Rayadas take home the advantage and move closer to the Semifinal.
